Thank you so much for this recipe - I made this last week ... over the chocolate pastry cream. Spread the rum flavored pastry cream over the banana slices, smoothing the top into an even layer.

Rum, orange, cardamon ... Over-ripe, chocolate-skinned bananas can be used in banana bread or ice cream, but add extra lemon to the latter before using.
