DELRAY BEACH — Police have arrested a 39-year-old Delray Beach man in connection with a Dec. 23 fatal shooting outside a convenience store off West Atlantic Avenue.

DELRAY BEACH POLICE WORKED WITH THE U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE TO FIND AND ARREST 39 YEAR OLD JAMES JONES. HE WILL BE CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE MURDER IN THE SHOOTING OF 30 YEAR OLD TIMMY HAYES.
