While The Flash prepares to vanquish The Reverse-Flash, Leonard Snart, a.k.a. Captain Cold, comes looking for a fight, teamed with Mick Rory, a.k.a. Heat Wave.

The Flash learns that Captain Cold and Heat Wave have returned to Central City. This time, however, Snart has brought along his sociopathic baby sister Lisa to help wreak havoc on the city.
