Click the Start ⊞ button and select Settings ⚙. On the left sidebar find and go into Bluetooth & devices. In the list of devices, scroll down and click on Camera. A list of the camera devices connected to your system will appear. Click the one you want to enable or disable, then click the Enable or Disable option.

Press Windows+i to open Settings. Then, select "Privacy." In the left sidebar, click "Camera." On the right pane, select "Change" and toggle off the displayed option. In the future, to re-enable the camera, toggle on the option. You've successfully turned off your camera.

Press the Windows + R keys together to open the Run box. Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. Once the Device Manager window opens, expand Imaging devices (or Integrated Camera) to display your camera. Just right click on it and select Disable. You may be asked for confirmation. Select Yes. Your camera will now be turned off.
