Follow the steps below to know how to extract frames from your videos on Windows 10. Step 1 Open the video that you wish to extract frames from in Movies & TV app. Step 2 Move to the section you want to capture an image of and pause this video. Step 3 Click on the Edit icon at the bottom of your screen and choose the Save photo from video option.

All you need to do is upload your video to Flixier, navigate to the desired frame, right-click on your video, and choose “Export Current Frame”. On top of that, you can also use Flixier to extract audio, enhance the colors and clarity of your video, draw or annotate your frame, and many other edits.

Launch the media player and open the video file of your choice. Click the Control Panel at the bottom of the window to open Screen capture options. Click Screen Capture to capture the image of a frame without pausing the video. To access more options, click Advanced Capture.

If you don’t want to take screenshots, you can use the Movies & TV app instead. Open the video that you want to extract frames from in the Movies & TV app. Go to the part that you want to extract an image of. Click the edit button at the bottom. From the menu that opens, select Save photo from video. This will open the Photos app.
